We produce over 20 wines, three of which are on tap! Offering white, red & fruit wines, aged in stainless steel or oak barrels, and ranging from dry to sweet, there is something for everyone to enjoy. There is a steady rotation of seasonal wines and specialties such as the Apple Pie Wine in the fall, Mulled Red Wine in the winter, and our award-winning House Port fortified with French barrel-aged Brandy.
Our equipment is comprised of large, Italian, stainless steel tanks that can produce over 5700 bottles of wine at one time. There are also many American Oak barrels for aging that can be viewed from the hallway window. Most of the grapes are sourced from California where there is ample supply and variety available for the high demand in Michigan. We source Michigan fruit such as cherries and apples for our blended styles!
