Here at the Fenton Brewery, we focus on producing flavor forward, balanced interpretations of a wide variety of beer styles. We do not constrain ourselves to one particular style, rather, we thrive in the pursuit of creating a wide-ranging collection of beers that are sure to hit the spot for anyone that walks through the door.

Brewing Process / Philosophy
The heart of our brewery is a 3-vessel, 7bbl (217 gallon), electric brewery, installed in 2013. This state-of-the-art brewery was manufactured by a joint venture between Brewmation (New York) and Stout Tanks (Oregon). The mash tun, hot liquor tank, brew kettle and all fermenters are electronically controlled by a touchscreen control panel.
We produce a well-rounded selection of beer throughout the year. The taproom generally has 13 styles available on tap with growlers and limited 12 & 22-ounce cans and bottles to-go. You will always find our staple beers like our famous Hans' Golden Triple, Staggering Bull Imperial Nut Brown Ale, or the unique Swingin' Berries Double Cream Stout Blackberry Merlot. Along with our staples, we have a great rotation of new beers from light to dark and malty to hoppy throughout the year.

Where do you get your ingredients?
We source our grains from throughout the United States, primarily from the Midwest and Michigan. Our hops come from Michigan and the Pacific Northwest.
Where do you sell your beer?
We are a very on-premise focused operation for all of our products. The vast majority of our beer is sold in our taproom. We do have a few local restaurants that sell our beer on occasion.
How long does it take to make the beer.
Our brew days can take anywhere from 6 to 7 hours to make the wort that goes into our fermenters. Once in the fermenter, depending on the style of beer that we are making, we have complete fermentation anywhere from 5 days to 2 weeks. At that point, the beer is transferred into our brite tank for chilling and conditioning (CO2 is added) for another 3-4 days. The final step is to keg the beer and transfer it into our keg cooler behind the taproom bar.
